At Lash Out, we aim to get your order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24 at £6.00.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 refers to the delivery service used after dispatch and is not a guarantee that your order will arrive within 24 hours of placing your order.

Dispatch Times

Lash Out is a small, independently run business and orders are packed around our advertised working and dispatch times.

During particularly busy periods, product launches, competitions, sales or holidays, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. Any important changes to dispatch times will be communicated through our website and/or social media.

If you need products for a specific competition, event or date, we strongly recommend ordering in plenty of time.

Tracking

Please use the tracking information supplied with your dispatch confirmation to follow your parcel.

Once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, its journey is managed by the courier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can help where appropriate.

International Orders

International delivery options and charges are shown at checkout where available.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any applicable customs charges, import duties or local taxes imposed by their destination country.
