If you are a complete newbie I’d recommend my original formula 

this is 14% DHA, it’s an overnight tan & smells divine ! It’s so easy to apply & work with & leaves little no no transfer 👏🙌

Applying 

I apply all over my body 1x I include hands feet , however with hands and feet I apply last and use whatever is left on the mitt . Lash out tan is non sticky & fast drying so I go in for a second layer all over the body EXCLUDING feet and hands (one layer on these) and once I’m finished I use a dry towel or baby wipe on the palms of my hands nails on toes and fingers and then leave on overnight 

in the morning shower off in cool water (no baths ) and pat not rub dry with a towel 

avoid perfumed moisturisers ect and this can lift the tan
